• • Proficiency in various social media tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, to plan, schedule, and optimize our social media content and campaigns
• • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and deadlines

Responsibilities:

• • Plan and develop social media content and campaigns that align with our brand, goals, and target audience
• • Create and post original and engaging content for our social media platforms and channels, such as photos, videos, stories, and polls, that showcase our brand, products, and services
• • Interact with our followers, respond to their queries and feedback, and build and maintain relationships with our online community
• • Monitor and evaluate our social media performance and metrics, using various tools and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
• • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
• • Identify and leverage new and emerging social media trends, platforms, and influencers, to increase our brand awareness and reach
• • Contribute to the development and improvement of our social media strategy and guidelines
